          Description

DEEP SHADE-NRI is a high performance, Low foam auxiliary with excellent dispersing, buffering and Sequestering action during the dyeing of Disperse dyes on 100% Polyester and on polyester blended fabric, Yarn and Loose Stock. It eliminates the need for any Acid addition to the dye bath as it directly adjusts and Maintains the PH of the dye liquor throughout the dyeing cycle for optimal colour value and reproducibility even in the case of PH Sensitive dyestuffs and their Combinations. It does not stain polyester and optimizes brightness of colours and Whites.

         Application procedure

In high temperature dyeing equipment Depending upon the PH at the commencement of the dyeing Cycle and the type of dyestuff to be employed, an addition of 0.5.2.0 gm / litre DEEP SHADE-NRI is Recommended to set the acidic PH level desired for optimal Dyeing. The temperature of the dye bath is gradually raised to peak dyeing temperature ( 130 - 135*C ), Maintained There as required followed by the cooling phase, and draining .

      In case of atmospheric dyeing, the chemical carrier is added to The dye bath at the start of the process and DEEP SHADE-NRI then to adjust the PH in the acidic Region.
