          Description

A unique multifunctional Auxiliary specially designed for Polyester Fabric dyeing with ultra modern based on

state of the art technical break through. Gives good levelling & extra colour yield of disperses colours

compared to other conventional leveling agent because of its good cleansing strength. Dye Developer DX is

Eco-friendly, Biodegradable & non-toxic.

Magic xl is made from new concept exclusively for dyeing of synthetic fibers with disperse dyes .

Advantages

1. Magic xl has unique Synchronizing Action on the flow of disperse Dyes from Dye Bath to Fabric,especially when temperature is rising.

2. Brightens to the colour after dyeing with good leveling & dispersing action to the difficult colours like BlueSR, BGF.

3. Built in buffering action, does not lead to shrinkage of Yarn.

4. Allows elimination of Patchy dyeing & facilitates even distribution of dye.

5. Difficult disperse colours like BLUE-SR & PINK can be dyed with good leveling effect.

6. Because of unique Raw material appearance varies born light yellow to light brown.

Application procedure

For Long Tube Jet Dyeing : 0.2 to 0.3 % OWM Magic XL

For U Shape Jet Dyeing : 0.1 to 0.2 % OWM MAGIC XL

Up to moderate MLR 1 : 3 to 1 : 4.

Addition of MAGIC XL should be done at 40 to 50 o C for better dissolution.

No other Ingredients like dispersing Agents, Leveling Agents, Acid Liberating Agents are to be used.

Acetic Acid is to added as initiator for initial 5 to 6 pH.

All blends of polyester can be dyed with good results by this process .

MAGIC XL acts as best levelling & retarding agent for disperse dyes. It should be added initially acetic acid / formic acid in the dyeing liquor & run material for 5 - 10 minutes. Disperse dyes should be added subsequently at room temperature or at 650C.
Routing dyeing cycle should be carried out as per guideline given by dyestuff manufacturers.
Temperature increase in CTZ (Critical Temperature Zone) should be followed strictly to get proper levelling of typical dyes like Blue BGF, Blue SE2RI, Blue SR.
In case of improper levelling properties of above mentioned dyes Disprobright PDR dispersing agent in powder form should be used (Dosages 0.05 to 0.10 gpl) to increase the dispersion stability at high temperature.

MAGIC XL has excellent dispersing ability which keeps all "OLIGOMERS" developed during high temperature dyeing cycle & "AGGLOMERS" of Polyester Fibre & Disperse Dyes.

MAGIC XL has excellent buffering system even at such small-recommended dosage the pH is maintained with minimal difference in pH between starting & completion of dyeing cycle.

Dyeing of polyester fibre / fabric containing highly twisted fibre requires swelling of fibres.MAGIC XL has unique

properties of swelling of polyester yarn, which gives excellent colour yield & fullness to the fibre / yarn / fabric.
