MICROWET-100 is a Special Scouring, wetting, leveling and stain removing agent for polyester
FEATURES:
• Environmental Friendly, Oil Removing and Scouring Agent • Highly efficient scouring and multifunctional dyeing agent. • A multifunctional product which provides bleaching and brightening effects. • Along with cleaning it also makes fabric soft. • Get 150% to 200% production in same expenses. • It removes texturising and weaving oil and size • Reduces quantity of caustic & hydro required for processing synthetic fabrics. • Acts as a dye career and leveling agent • Compared with traditional process, less damage to fabric and enhanced economic efficacy. • Effective cleaning, less water and energy consumption • No need to add emulsifier or N.I.D as it is mixed in the formulation.

APPLICATIONS OF MICROWET-100: PROCESS FOR SCOURING 100% POLYESTER CLOTH PROCESS: Take
100 kgs of polyester cloth. At 60 °C add 500-700 grams of MICROWET
-100& add acetic acid to maintain PH-4 & then add required
amount of color. Raise the temperature up to 120 °C to 130 °C in jet
dyeing. Holding time is 30 minutes per batch. ADVANTAGE: MICROWET-100 saves water, power, fuel & labour cost. (2) Weight Reduction process:
(A) Use 500-700 gms. MICROWET-100, with caustic soda in 100 kgs cloth Advantage: it gives better swelling, wetting and gives even weight reduction. (b) After weight reduction as per above standard process repeat the application (1) ADVANTAGE:
It gives even weight reduction, removes spinning oil, size & other
impurities. Cloth gets excellent brightness, extra bouncing effect &
10 to 15 % enhanced color depth.
(3) Drum process:
Addition of 500-700 gms. Of MICROWET-100, in 100 kgs, Cloth in usual process. Advantage:
It saves time. Process is possible even at lower temperature. It gives
better swelling, extra bounce, relaxation of yarn and better disability.
POLYESTER BLENDED CLOTH PROCESS
(1) TOP DYED (YARN DYED) FABRIC PROCESS :
Take
100 kgs. Of polyester viscose cloth in jet dyeing machine. Add 1-1.2 kg
MICROWET-100 and & add acetic acid to maintain PH-4 and required
amount of WHITE-R & RANIPAL. Raise the temperature up to 80 °C to 90
°C in jet scouring. Holding time required is only 30 minutes per batch.
In Jigger dyeing raise the temperature upto 80 °C to 90 °C . (2) Double dyeing process:
Take
100 kgs of polyester viscose clothe. At 60 °C add 500-700 gms
MICROWET-100 with disperse & reactive colour. Now add acetic acid to
maintain PH-4 and 10 kgs common salt. Raise the temperature upto 130
°C. Hold for 10 minutes. Add 2 kgs soda ash & again hold for 10
minutes. Now drain the bath and give plain wash with acetic acid.
