Printocol-R: 400 ± 200 cps as measured by Brookfield Viscometer.

Compatibility: Can be used in conjuction with anionic and non-ionic substrates.

Stability:Printocol-R is stable to acids, alkalies and electrolytes at the concentration normally encountered during dyeing.

Action:Owing to its excellent dispersing and sequestering action, Printocol-R prevents the precipitation of water hardening substances and of the Impurities such as waxes and prectinates present in the grey cotton.

Printocol-R also has a complexing action on the ions of heavy metals like Magnesium and Calcium thus preventing its adverse action on solubility of Anionic dyes and their affinity to cellulose.

Printocol-R Wash is non-foaming, it has no affinity for anionic dyes has no dye retention action.

Printocol-R has no adverse effect on Metal Complex dyes, thereby not affecting the shade and fastness properties of dyeing obtained with Reactive and Metal Complex dye.

Printocol-R can be added in hot water bath for effective removal of hydrolysed dye.

Printocol-R prevents tinting of the white ground thereby improving colour fastness.

Printocol-R is a highly concentrated product and hence can be diluted to any proportion with water.

APPLICATION PROFILE :

Dosages : 1 to 3 gl/l.

Suitable temperature for maximum effect is 70° c to 80° C for reactive colour washing.

Shelf Storage Life : Printocol-R has a shelf life of 12 months.

Storing Instructions : Store under shade.

N.B. Not recommended for polyester dyed. with disperse colours.

USAGE :- During the washing1st cold Wash 2nd Hot Wash at 60°C add Printocol-R CONC. 1-2 gpl.No need to put any washing agent as this only is very highly conc. Washing agent.
