RINO-FIX Is Non Formaldehyde Dye Fixing Agent For Improving Wet Fastness Of Reactive Dyes And Direct Dyes On Cellulose Fibers.

Note: Due To Its Cationic RINO-FIX Should Be Applied As An After Treatment.

Padding Method

The Goods Are Padded Through A Solution of Dye fix – RINO-FIX (15%) At 30°C. The Bath Solution Ph Is Adjusted To 5 Using Acetic Acid. For A Wet Pick Up Of 20% Following Liquor Concentrations Are Recommended. 4-6 Gm / Ltr for Pale Shades.

Exhaustion Method

The Goods Are Treated For 20 Minutes At 30°C, Ph 5 with Following Liquor Concentration.2-6 Gm/Ltr for Pale to Medium Shades 5-14 Gm /Ltr for Dark Shades Then The Goods Are Rinsed In Cold Water and Dried.

Note: The Above Dosages May Be Altered Depending On Depth Of Shade And Fabric Types.

Precautions:

Keep the Containers Closed While Not In Use and Store At Ambient Temperatures.
Do Not Blend With Anionic Compounds

Advantages:

Imparts Excellent Wash Fastness To Direct & Reactive Dyed Fabrics To Water, Perspiration, Wet Ironing, & Laundering.

It Is A Non Formaldehyde Product & Hence Fabric Are Free From Formaldehyde Odour. Further The Fabric Satisfies International Regulations Concerning Formaldehyde Emission.

It Is Highly Resistant To Presence Of Salts Such As Common Salt And Glauber Salt.

It Is Effective At Room Temperature For Optimum Results, The Dyed Fabric Should Be Treated At 40°C To 50°C For 20 Minutes.

Conventional Fixing Agent Based On Formaldehyde Has Det Er Mental Effect On Texture Shade And Fastness To Light Whereas RINO-FIX Being Formaldehyde Free Has No Disadvantages.

It Has No Effect On The Dyed Shade Nor Does It Impair Its Fastness It Light And Chlorine

Does Not Promote Yellowing.
