Description:

RINOTEX- HP is a specially formulated aqueous solution consisting of a mixture of a weak acid and its conjugate base or a weak base and its conjugate acid. It has the property that the pH of the solution changes very little when a small amount of strong acid or base is added to it. Specialty Buffer solutions are used as a means of keeping pH at a nearly constant value in a wide variety of chemical applications.

APPLICATION OF RINOTEXT-HP in Textiles:

Buffer solutions are necessary to keep the correct pH for various textile processes. Many process work only under very precise conditions; if the pH moves outside of a narrow range, there may be a lot of disturbance in desired result. RINOTEXT-HP thus leads to perfectly reproducible dyeing and printing even when using PH sensitive dyes.

MODE OF ACTION AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

RINOTEXT-HP forms complexes with heavy metal ions thus prevents change of Shade, e.g. of copper-sensitive dyes. But does not attack metal complex dyes.

APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES OF- RINOTEX- HP

RINOTEX- HP is a unique high temperature stable acid buffer and core alkali neutralizer specially developed for use during process of polyester fiber/fabric. RINOTEX- HP can be used during heat setting, dyeing and reduction treatment. RINOTEX- HP is a high performance low foaming auxiliary which eliminates the need for any acid addition to the process bath.

ADVANTAGES

APPLICATION OF RINOTEXT-HP

1.   During core alkali neutralization at jet dyeing machine 0.5% to 0.75% RINOTEX- HP is suggested.
2.   During printing of polyester with viscose or cotton 0.5% to 1% RINOTEX- HP is suggested to maintain required PH.
3.   During dyeing of polyester 0.5 to 1.0 gpl RINOTEX- HP is suggested
