FOIL BINDER SUPERFIX-G (Binder for gold & silver foil printing)

FOIL BINDER SUPERFIX-G is a specific binder for adhering gold and silver foil for metallic lamellar printing.

By applying on thin fabrics like polyester georgette which is popularly used for lady’s wears, this printing gives fancy effect and increases add-value.

As its application method, FOIL BINDER SUPERFIX-G is printed on the fabrics and fixed by drying. Then gold and/or silver foil which is made by laminating vaporized aluminium on polyester film is transferred by heat transferring method on printed parts.

As the melting point of FOIL BINDER SUPERFIX-G is around 110ºC, gold and silver foil are transferred to its printed parts by heat, and pressure and firmly fixed.

Characteristics :

    FOIL BINDER SUPERFIX-G shows an excellent adhesive effect as a binder for gold and silver foil and never damages original metallic luster of metal foils.

    If necessary, the viscosity of FOIL BINDER SUPERFIX-G can be freely increased by adding appropriate amount of viscosity increasing agent    and, therefore, even in case of extremely thin fabrics, bulky printing can be expected.

    Prints with FOIL BINDER SUPERFIX-G shows excellent resistance to dry cleaning with petroleum solvents.
