ULTRA BOUNCE-SR ™ a specially formulated Micro Amino Silicone which when applied on fabrics gives it a good bouncy feel along with excellent surface smoothness.

ULTRA BOUNCE-SR: FEATURES

·        It provides a smooth and natural handle on polyester fabrics and their blends.

·        It improves lubricity and wash and wear characteristics of its finished products.

·        It does not affect color fastness or value of the dyed goods.

·        Concentrated modified silicon elastomer for luxurious soft & bouncy feel. It imparts inner softness to the fabric.

·        Due to excellent surface and lubrication effects they resist abrasion and thus are able to prolong fabric life.

·        Being micro in nature, these emulsions are required in lower concentrations as compared to other emulsifiers in different industry applications.

·        Ultra bounce-SR, which are capable of withstanding repeated washing cycles.

·        Elastomeric micro emulsion silicone that provides a soft silky hand and bounce to fabrics.

APPLICATION

ULTRA BOUNCE-SR can be applied by the padding or exhaustion techniques

PADDING METHOD

·        A dosage of 3 to 6gpl is recommended depending on the fabric and smoothness and luster desired.

·        It can be either dried in air or cured at 130 °C for 30 secs to 45 °C

EXHAUSTION METHOD

An amount equal to 0.3%-0.5% o.w.f. is recommended. The treatment is to be carried out for 15-20 minutes room temperature followed by drying in air.

ULTRABOUNCE-SR should be stored in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
